What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is simply paying attention in the present moment.

On the surface this seems like a simple exercise but we are often distracted from the present moment by our thoughts and expectations of how the moment should be.

Mindfulness enables us to live in the present and fully appreciate each moment exactly as it is.

What is Meditation?

Meditation is a more formal practice of mindfulness where we train the mind to remain in this state of present moment awareness.

Meditation offers a calming space for you to relax, observe the mind and detach from everyday worries.

It is an extremely nourishing practice for mind, body and soul.

What are the benefits?
